  • Leigh Rigg

    Chief Executive Officer

    Leigh’s career path, from Field Engineer in the toughest and most remote sites in the world to CEO, has enabled extensive hands-on experience in all facets of business and the well services sector.

    His leadership philosophy includes: putting the right people in the rights roles; setting the direction; clearly communication expectations; and helping his team to achieve optimal results.

    Leigh holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

  • Richard Blott

    Chief Financial Officer

    Richard joined Kinetic as Chief Financial Officer in September 2013, bringing extensive financial, business development, business process, general management and industry experience to the role.

    Before joining Kinetic, Richard’s professional experience included sixteen years in senior finance roles with leading global oil and gas service providers Schlumberger, Cameron and Weatherford.

    Richard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Curtin University in Western Australia.

  • Craig Vandenborn

    Sales Director

    Craig has extensive operational and management experience within the global oil and gas industry.

    Craig held a variety of technical & managerial positions within the sector before being appointed CEO and President of Grizzly Energy Services in 2012 – a company specializing in innovative fluid management solutions within the energy sector.

    Grizzly was acquired by Kinetic (Vautron Holdings Pty Ltd) in 2014. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science (Petroleum Energy) from the University of Alberta, Canada.

    His post graduate studies include a MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

  • Paul Nunn

    Executive Director

    Paul has 26 years’ experience within the oil and gas industry.  During this time he has become renowned for his customer-centric work ethic and commitment to his team.

    Paul commenced his career as a driller with Santos in 1990 and then held a variety of well services roles within the industry  He gained valuable management experience with the Owen Oil Tools Division of Core Laboratories and Advanced Labour Hire in Adelaide, South Australia before joining Vause Wireline New Zealand in 2004.  In 2006 Paul returned to Australia to start the company’s operations in Roma, Queensland.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Double Maths Major, Statistics and Operational Research, Geology) from the James Cook University, Queensland Australia.  His post graduate qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Griffith University, Queensland Australia and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Queensland, Australia.

  • Brenton Armitage

    General Manager - Mining Services

    Brenton has extensive operational knowledge and management experience within the mining services industry.  He commenced his career as a Geophysicist with Thales Geosolutions before managing Surtron Technologies – a company specialising in borehole surveying together with geophysical, geotechnical and hydrogeological logging.  Surtron Technologies was acquired by Kinetic (Vautron Holdings Pty Ltd) in 2011.

    Brenton holds a Bachelor of Science (Geophysics) from the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia.

  • Aaron Green

    General Manager - New Zealand

    Aaron spent more than 10 years with the Royal Australian Navy as a Hydrographic Survey Specialist.

    He then spent a further 2 years with the Royal New Zealand Navy as a Hydrographic Surveyor and Seaman Officer. In 2007 Aaron commenced logging geothermal, gas and oil wells within New Zealand, North America and Central America before commencing work with Vause Wireline New Zealand as a Technical Advisor prior to his appointment as General Manager in 2016.

    Aaron holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from the University of Melbourne.  He also gained a Cat B, Advanced Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying and a Diploma in Spatial Information Services and Hydrographic Surveying while serving in the Royal Australian Navy.
